Following procedures keeps pets safe and clients happy. Consistency builds trust with both pets and their owners.
Observing and reporting pet behavior is critical. Note any changes in mood, appetite, or health in your visit report — early reporting prevents problems and protects our sitters.
Preparedness matters. Always bring necessary supplies (leash, waste bags, cleaning supplies) and check the client’s instructions before each visit.
