Check the Home tab first — that’s where you’ll find important Notices, Attachments, and reference materials for success as an HPS sitter.
Band is used to alert sitters of new client requests or available services that haven’t been assigned yet — it’s important to check it often to stay on top of opportunities.
You’ll also find community posts, updates, and resources from HPS management.
The Band App is also a community space — feel free to share photos/videos of pets, positive updates, or just connect with other sitters.
Update your Band bio frequently with your current availability so HPS can easily see who’s open for new work.
Keep communication professional and avoid sharing client-sensitive information in Band posts or comments.
TTP is where we work — it’s the system clients see and where sitters manage visits, reports, and communication.
What it’s used for:
Managing your assigned services and schedule
Starting and stopping timers for visits
Writing and sending Report Cards with notes, photos, and videos
Communicating with clients and the HPS office
Viewing helpful articles, guides, and videos built into the app
TTP can also be used to reach out to HPS directly — we’re here to support your success every step of the way.
Login with your assigned credentials
Start Timer when arriving and Stop Timer when finished
Add Events, Media, and Notes to complete the visit Report Card
Report Cards are not required for payment, but keeping them updated helps avoid confusion and supports payment accuracy
Update your profile with a picture and short bio for clients to see
Use Time Off to mark any days or hours you’re unavailable
TTP includes a built-in messaging system for contacting clients or HPS.
To send a message:
Find the client you want to message (either from the schedule or client list)
Tap their name to open Client Details
Tap the Chat tab in the bottom menu
Tap New Message
Add your message (you can include attachments)
Tap Send Message
🔒 Visibility Options:
You can change the Visibility setting on each Client message to control who can see it:
Clients, Admin & Staff: Both will see it (default)
Admin or Admin & Staff Only: Use this for internal notes or updates you don’t want the client to see
Keep both apps installed and notifications enabled
Use Band to stay on top of new opportunities and community updates
Use TTP for all client communication, scheduling, and visit logs
